CALLAGHAN Gerry (Mockmoyne, Boyle, Co. Roscommon). Died August 7, 2019. On the First Anniversary of Gerry's death his wife Eileen, daughter Claire, sons Paul and David, daughter-in-law Rose, grandchildren Rory and Cara, his sisters Maureen and Rosaleen, his brothers Padraig, Brendan and Christy wish to express our sincere thanks to everyone who supported us in the sad and sudden loss of our beloved Gerry this time last year. We extend sincere gratitude to everyone who attended the wake and the funeral, sent Mass cards, letters of sympathy, sent flowers and provided huge assistance over the funeral days, and to the Gardai for their assistance throughout those difficult days. Special thanks to our wonderful neighbours, friends, extended family and work colleagues who helped out in so many ways then and since. We sincerely thank Fr. Cathal Faughnan, Fr. Tito and Fr. Donald McDonagh for their comforting prayers and presence over the funeral days and Fr. Gerry and Marie for their kind assistance. We will be forever grateful to Canon Niall Ahern for celebrating Gerry's funeral Mass in such a touching and dignified manner. We thank Mrs Hopkins and her Choir members for providing such beautiful music in the Church. We thank Tom Shivnan Undertaker for his professional and stalwart support to us during the funeral. We deeply appreciate the constant support from our extended family, friends and neighbours and hope this Acknowledgment will assure you of our gratitude. Gerry's First Anniversary Mass will be celebrated in St. Joseph's Church Boyle, on Sunday, August 16 at 11.30 o'clock.
