KELLY, Fr. Felim, retired P.P (Castlerahan, late of The Vale , Bailieborough) , peacefully in Cavan General Hospital , May 1, 2019. Predeceased by his parents Annie (née Lynch) Pat and brother-in-law Pat Timothy. Deeply regretted by retired Bishop Leo O'Reilly and clergy of the Diocese of Kilmore also by his sister Margaret Timothy (Galway), brother Seamus (Baltinglass), Co. Wicklow, sister-in-law Maire Kelly, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, his former parishioners, relatives and large circle of friends. Reposing in the Parochial House, Castlerahan, Ballyjamesduff today (Thursday) from 4.00pm to 8.00pm and tomorrow (Friday) from 12.00 noon to 5pm before removal to St. Mary’s Church, Castlerahan , arriving at 7.30pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11.00am followed by burial in St. Anne’s Cemetery , Bailieborough. Family flowers only please . “ Well done, good and faithful servant .” – Mt.23.

Felim was a wonderful friend and not a bad footballer! We had many great get-​togethers and lots of fond memories. Felim was a great priest for his people and always tried to do the right thing for all. I will miss him. May he now RIP.
