BRIEN, Gordon James (Gordun O’Briain) (Cabinteely, Dublin 18 and ex Revenue Commissioners) June 12, 2025. Peacefully in the tender care of the Blackrock Hospice and previously in St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Noreen and loving father of Paul and Kathryn. He will be sadly missed by his son, daughter, daughter-in-law Noeleen, grandchildren Marcus and Ellen, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Gordon will be reposing this (Monday) afternoon from 4pm to 5pm in Carnegies (Fanagans) Funeral Home, Monkstown, A94XK28. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Tuesday) at 10am in St. Brigid’s Church, Cabinteely, followed by cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, D6w. For those who cannot attend, the Mass can be viewed online using the link on the Church webcam. Messages of sympathy can be left on RIP. No flowers please. Donations if desired to the Blackrock Hospice. Rest in peace
