FitzGibbon, James (Jimmy) FitzGibbon (Dowsleys Barn, New Ross, Co. Wexford) - On August 23, 2022, peacefully in the presence of his family and in the wonderful care of the staff on the Oak Ward, University Hospital, Waterford, Jimmy, in his 93rd year. Sadly missed by his beloved wife Breda, sons Jim and Brian, daughters Niamh and Sinead, their partners, husbands and wives, his siblings Rosa, Ingrid, Stephen and the late Daros, Mairead and Larry. Loved by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at Cooney's Funeral Home, New Ross, today (Wednesday) from 4.00pm concluding with a celebration of life ceremony at 7.00pm. Private removal tomorrow (Thursday) to Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross, Dublin. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired to the Oak Ward, Palliative Care Unit, University Hospital, Waterford.
