MURPHY, Emer (Leopardstown and late of Manhattan) - 8th January 2022, peacefully, in St Vincent’s University Hospital and previously in the cherishing care of the staff at Leopardstown Park Hospital. Beloved daughter of the late Prof. James and Beryl Murphy. Very sadly missed by her loving family, sister Roisin, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, goddaughters, cousins, relatives and friends. Predeceased by her sister Peggy. Removal this (Wednesday) morning (12th January) to the Church of St Laurence O’Toole, Kilmacud, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10 am, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to Society of St Vincent de Paul.
