MACKEN - (Cecil) Cecil’s daughters Patricia and Sylvia wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them in their recent loss. All those who sent cards, letters, emails, phone calls and all who offered their condolences. A special word of thanks to the staff in William Stokes Unit and

Burkitt Ward in Tallaght University Hospital who cared so well for Cecil in the last six months while he was unwell. Thanks to the clergy of St Nahis and the staff in Fanagans, Dundrum who handled all the arrangements with such care and compassion during the restrictions. Thank you also to the friends, neighbours and relatives who lined Barton Road to say farewell to Cecil. We hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our deep gratitude and appreciation during this difficult time.

Sure and Steadfast.
