CODY, Maurice (Glasnevin, London, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, New Ross) - 8 June 2020, peacefully in the excellent care of St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown, beloved husband of Máire (O’Hagan), loving father of Eamonn and Fergal and loving brother of Gillian. Beloved son of the late John and Delia Cody. Very sadly missed by his brothers Gregory, Paul, Mark (Frankie, Johnny and Edward, deceased), mother-in-law Nuala, brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, dear friends Sheila, Richard, Collin and Janis and his many other friends around the world. May he rest in peace. A private family Funeral will take place due to Government advice regarding public gatherings. Those who would have liked to attend Maurice’s Funeral but cannot due to current restrictions may send a personal message by post to Kirwan Funeral Directors, 82, Ballygall Road West, Dublin 11 or to www.kirwans.ie. A Memorial Service for Maurice will be celebrated at a later date. Family flowers only please, donation’s in lieu to St. Francis Hospice or the Mater Foundation.
