BLAIN, Joseph Hamilton (Joe) (Rathfarnham, formerly of Malinmore, Glencolmcille, Co. Donegal) - July 2, 2012, at home, surrounded by his family, after a long and happy life. Beloved husband of Doreen, adored Dad of Stuart, Arlene (Brislane), Ingrid and Johnny; brother of the late Norman. Loved and remembered always by his sister Gladys, brother Sydney, sons-in-law Jim and Darrell, daughters-in-law Rachel and Pam, his grandchildren Dayna, Aysha, Jordan, Catherine, Oliver and newest granddaughter Honor, the extended family and many friends. Joe will be at home today (Wednesday) - all are welcome to drop by. He will leave home tomorrow (Thursday) morning to go to Zion Parish Church, Bushy Park Road, Rathgar for 11 o'clock Service, afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to Haematology Research Fund, Tallaght Hospital."Safe Journey"

<p>So sorry for your loss</p> We are all so sad to hear about your dad! He was such a kind and gentle man. All our kids want yours to now how sad the feel for you losing your very own papa! It is so great Arlene that you got to spend the last few years with your dad and that you are now there for your mum.
