O'ROURKE, John (Don) (Rathfarnham, Dublin 16) February 25, 2022. Peacefully, in the presence of his loving family and under the exceptional care of the staff in Tallaght University Hospital. Dearly beloved husband and best friend of Evelyn, loving and devoted father to Grainne, Deirdre, Barbara and Ciara. Don will be very sadly and greatly missed by his loving family; grandchildren Emma, Stephen, Christopher, Harry, Daniel, David and Leah, sons-in-law Donal, Derek and Frank, his sister Maureen, brother Anthony, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, wide circle of friends and members of Castle Golf Club. Predeceased by his sisters and brothers Theresa, Hilary, Joe, Bernadette, Dymphna, Deirdre and Gerry. Family flowers only please. Donations may be made in lieu to: https://downsyndrome.ie/donate/.
