McGUINNESS, William (Bill), (Bray, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Dunnes Stores), August 22, 2017, (peacefully), in the loving care of his family and the staff at the Beacon Hospital, beloved husband of Maureen, loved and loving father of Liam, Brian and Claire, father-in-law of Tanya and Padraig, adored grandad of Aoife, Ailbhe and Clodagh, Jeremy, Jessica and Isabelle; he will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his brothers Dan and Sam, sisters Gertie, Maud and Christine together with their families, relatives and friends. There will be a gathering for family and friends this (Thursday) evening, August 24, from 5.00pm- 7.00pm with prayers at 6.00pm at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Friday), August 25 at 10.00am in the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer, Main Street, Bray followed by burial in Springfield Cemetery, Killarney Road, Bray. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to Purple House, Bray Cancer Support, can be made at the funeral home or church. May he Rest in Peace.
