TIERNEY, Hubert, June 7, 2020 in his ninety second year. (Ballinteer, Dublin and formerly of Lucan, Co. Dublin and Ulster Bank). Peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Highfield Healthcare, beloved husband of Pauline, predeceased by his beloved wife Kathleen (Kay) and his son little Hubert, and a wonderful Dad to Roisin, Orla, Gerard, Vivienne and Paul. sadly missed by his loving brother and sister, Gregory and Eithne, son-in-law Aidan, daughters-in-law Denise and Yoni, his adored grandchildren Ellie, Shane and Kate, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and former colleagues in Ulster Bank. Due to government advice regarding public gatherings, a private funeral will take place at the Church of St John The Evangelist, Ballinteer today (Wednesday) at 11am.Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Alzheimer Society of Ireland www.alzheimer.ie
