O'SHEA, Tom (Terenure, Dublin and late of the Evening Press Newspaper) - October 6, 2020, after a short illness at the Beacon Hospital, beloved husband of Nuala, loving dad to Conor, Ronan and Ciara and devoted grandad of Simon, Cormac, Kate, Eoin, Aoibhinn, Ruairí and Aoife, brother of the late Dan and Maureen; he will be sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughter, daughters-in-law Breda and Desley, brother Dermot, sister Bríd, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends. In line with HSE / Government advice regarding COVID-19, and to ensure the safety for all, a private funeral will take place tomorrow (Thursday) morning. O'SHEA - Tom (October 6, 2020). On the First Anniversary of Tom’s death his wife Nuala, sons Conor and Ronan and daughter Ciara, daughters in-law, grandchildren, together with his sister Bríd and brother Dermot would like to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy shown to us at the time of his death. We will be forever grateful for all the phone calls, messages, cards, letters and condolences received. We would also like to thank everyone who joined us on-line for Tom’s funeral Mass. We wish to thank Tom’s friends in the Media for your expressions of sympathy. A special word of gratitude to our relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues. Your continuing support and acts of kindness are deeply appreciated and bring us great comfort. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
