LOFTUS Kevin ('Ballylee', Clybaun Road, Galway) Died October 5, 2012 - On the First Anniversary of our beloved Kevin's passing, his wife Pixie, daughter Barbara (Coll), sons John, Donal and Bryan, and the extended family wish to express our sincerest gratitude to all those who sympathised and supported us on the unexpected death of Kevin, a wonderful husband and father whose passing has left a huge void in our lives. We offer heartfelt thanks to all those who attended the removal and funeral, those who travelled long distances to be with us, those who sent Mass cards, flowers and messages of sympathy. Your attendance, kind words, thoughts and prayers are very much appreciated. We treasure the kindness of family, friends, neighbours, and colleagues, too many to mention by name but remembered with gratitude. Sincere thanks to Dr. Donal Reddan and the medical and nursing staff in University Hospital Galway for their care of Kevin and consideration to our family. Thanks to Fr. Tadhg Quinn, Catriona O'Flaherty and the staff of O'Flaherty's for their sensitivity and professionalism. Thanks to Eamonn Murray and Hugh Kelly for the beautiful music at Kevin's Mass. Thanks to Kevin's many former colleagues in the Bank of Ireland and many friends in Galway Golf Club for their kind words. In whatever way you showed kindness to Kevin in his life and expressed sympathy on his death, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude and appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.On his Soul Sweet Jesus, have mercy.
