CUSACK (Ennis Road, Newmarket- on-Fergus, Co. Clare and late of Irish Shell, Shannon) - March 29, 2007 (peacefully) at Carrigoran House, Newmarket-on-Fergus, in the loving care of the sisters and staff, James, beloved husband of Anna; deeply regretted by his loving wife, daughters Mary and Geraldine, sons Michael, P.J., Seamus, Cyril, John and Paul, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grand- children great-grandchild, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, relatives and friends. R.I.P. Reposing at Carrigoran this (Friday) evening from 7.30 o'clock to 9.30 o'clock Removal at 9.30 o'clock to Newmarket-on-Fergus Church. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11 o'clock Burial afterwards in the New Cemetery, Lemenagh. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to the Alzheimers Unit, Carrigoran.
