DALY - The family of the late John Daly (Lisieux, Stradbrook Road, Blackrock, Co. Dublin) - on the first anniversary of his death, wish to express their sincere gratitude and appreciation to the many relatives, friends, past pupils and colleagues of Belvedere College and Castle Golf Club members who visited the family home, sent Mass and sympathy cards and attended the funeral. We would like to offer special thanks to our neighbours Malachi and Rhona Faughnan for their continued kindness over many years. We wish to thank Professor Tom Moran and his excellent medical team at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital and all those who cared for John in his final years. Particular mention to Fr. Leonard Maloney, Fr. Bruce Bradley and Fr. Bill Fortune for their support and thoughtful celebration of the funeral Mass. We trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our heartfelt gratitude. Anniversary Mass will take place today at 10am in the Church of the Guardian Angels, Blackrock.
