DAVITT, Mícheál (Michael), (Clonskeagh, Co. Dublin). Died March 29, 2023 after a short illness bravely borne at Our Lady’s Hospice and Care Services Harold’s Cross Dublin. Survived by his much loved daughter Saoirse. Predeceased by his Mum Ann (née Rice) January 1979 and by his step mother Joyce (née O’Brien) December 2022. Deeply regretted by his loving Dad Conor and siblings Grainne, Roland and Neil, and spouses John Lawless and Tracey Davitt. Mícheál adored and was equally adored by his nieces and nephews, Ailbhe, Lorcan, Cillian, Sean, Rose and Annie. He will be especially missed by his Aunt, Marie Hooper (née Rice) and also his cousins, in-law aunts and uncles, friends and school mates. Mícheál will be reposing at his family home in Sandymount from 5.00pm to 7.00pm today (Friday). Requiem Mass tomorrow (Saturday) in St Mary's, Star of the Sea Church, Sandymount at 11.00am followed by a cremation service at 12.45pm in the Garden Chapel at Mount Jerome.
