CLARKE, Gerald (Gerry)

CLARKE - Gerald (Gerry) Aidan, ninety-eight years of age. Beloved husband of Breda for sixty-seven years and father to Julian and Peter. Gerry will be deeply missed by them and his grandchildren Christopher, Sarah Jane, Rachel, Molly and Alex, as well as Kate, Susan and so many in the sporting world. Gerry was the last of eleven children of JJ and Kathleen Clarke of Templeogue Road, Dublin. Profuse gratitude to the exceptionally caring people at St. Jamess Hospital. May his gentle soul Rest in Peace. Gerry will repose at Fanagans Funeral Home, Willbrook, Rathfarnham, D14 WO29 on Thursday 29th January from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass will take place at 10am in St. Josephs Church, Terenure, DO6 CX23 on Friday 30th January, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome, Harolds Cross, Dublin 6W.
