MELDON, Máire (née Killoran) (Sandymount, Blackrock and formerly of Loughrea, Co. Galway) – October 18, 2022, In her hundredth year, Máire, pre-deceased by her loving husband Frank, her sisters and brothers, her granddaughters Shona and Sinéad and her son-in-law Michael; She will be greatly missed by her children Ann, Brian, Bernice, Frankie and John, by her son-in-law Gordon and her daughters-in-law Carol and Doro, by her adoring grandchildren and great grandchildren Ciarán, Aisling, Róisín, Siún, James, Tomas, Niall, Ciana, Seán, Ivan, Bob and J.J. Máire was cared for by the wonderful staff and community of Mount Tabor Nursing Home in her later years. Removal on Thursday (today) to Saint Mary’s Star of the Sea Church, Sandymount arriving for 10 a.m Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to Newlands Cross Crematorium. No flowers please.
