GALLAGHER, Thelma (nee O’Callaghan) (Churchtown, Dublin and East Ham, London) - 6th March 2020 (suddenly at home). She will be so greatly missed and remembered with much love by her husband and best friend Tom, her daughters Siobhán and Kathi, her son Colm, her brother Kevin and his wife Tracy, son-in-law Michael, her beloved grandchildren Medb, Conor, Niamh and Nathan, her wide circle of friends and neighbours and all of the pupils whom she taught during her many happy years in Notre Dame Des Missions, Preparatory School, Churchtown. Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Rathfarnham on Tuesday (10th March) evening from 5-7pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday (11th March) at 11.30 o’c in Church of The Good Shepherd, Churchtown followed by cremation at Mount Jerome. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to World Vision.
GALLAGHER - Thelma (East Ham and Dublin and former teacher at Notre Dame Preparatory School), March 6, 2020. On Thelma’s first anniversary, Tom, Siobhán, Kathi, Colm, her son-in-law, Michael and her beloved grandchildren, Medb, Conor, Niamh and Nathan would like to express our heartfelt thanks to family, friends, neighbours, Mum’s colleagues and past pupils who supported us in our time of awful loss. We are so grateful to everyone who attended Mum’s funeral and sent cards and letters of sympathy. Please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude and appreciation to all.
