<p>O&#39;FARRELL, (Leopardstown, Dublin 18 and formerly of Brooks Thomas) - November 26, 2009, (peacefully) in St Vincents University Hospital, Michael, beloved husband of Maria (Heffernan) and of the late Noreen (Kiernan). Deeply regretted by his loving family, his children Cathal, Aideen (McCormick) and Ronan, his brother Terry and his wife Margaret, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Removal from Fanagans Funeral Home, Lower Main Street, Dundrum this (Monday) morning to the Church of St Mary, Sandyford, arriving at 10.50 o&#39;clock for 11 o&#39;clock funeral Mass. Cremation to follow at Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to the Respiratory Dept., St Vincent&#39;s University Hospital.</p>

O'FARRELL Michael (Leopardstown and formerly of Brooks Thomas), November 26, 2009 - Maria, Cathal, Aideen and Ronan would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathized with us on our recent sad loss, those who attended the funeral Mass, sent cards and floral tributes and those who sent donations in lieu of flowers. We would also like to thank our relatives, neighbours and friends, the staff of the Respiratory Unit in St. Vincent's University Hospital and Fr. Eamann Cahill. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
