O'FARRELL, Charles (Charley) (Blackrock, Co. Dublin), December 5, 2017. On the First Anniversary of Charley's death, his wife Pat, his children and his extended family would like to thank all those who supported them during his illness, death and throughout 2018. A special thank you to all the wonderful staff on St. Anne's Ward, St. Vincent's Hospital, particularly nurses Chandra and Olga. A heartfelt thank you to all who attended and contributed to Charley's funeral Mass, especially Paul Byrom and Father's Tom Nash, Myles Healy and Mark Whelan. To those who travelled long distances to support us, we are immensely grateful. We wish to convey our deepest appreciation to all our relatives, friends and colleagues who provided such great comfort in our bereavement. We are forever grateful to all who sent Mass cards, flowers, letters of sympathy and provided us with so many meals. We hope that this acknowledgment will be accepted as an expression of our deep appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
