Dave's wife Ann, and children Sue, Anna, Carol and Stephen would like to thank everyone who offered sympathy and support in the last month. We very much appreciate the kindness shown to us by so many people, especially family, friends and neighbours; former colleagues from RTÉ and Trinity College, Dublin; and those who travelled to be with us.
