McCARTHY, Patrick (Pat, Podge, Paddy) (late of Enniskerry, Griffith Avenue and Rosslare, formerly Customs & Excise, St. Vincent’s and Dublin GAA) – December 10, 2023, very peacefully at home, in the loving arms of his family. Paddy, dearly loved husband of the late May (née Cahillane) and brother of the late Eddie and Veronica. Very special “Dad” to Arlene, father-in-law to Dan and the best Pappy in the world to Evan, Christopher and Daniel. Sadly missed by his nieces, sisters-in-law and his wide circle of many loyal friends and neighbours. Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray today (Tuesday) from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal from his home tomorrow (Wednesday) at 9.45am, walking to St. Mary’s Church, Enniskerry, arriving for Requiem Mass at 10.15am, followed by Committal Service in Colliers Funeral Home, Bray at 12.00noon.
