GASPARRO, (née Byrne) (Sandycove, Co. Dublin) - August 21, 2019 (peacefully) in St. Vincent’s Hospital, in her 93rd year, Anita (Bubbles), beloved wife of the late Brendan, loving mother of Brendan, Gerard, Declan, Colm, Orlaith and Niall. Very sadly missed by her sons, daughter, their families, especially her adored grandchildren Eric, Peter, Niamh, Saidhbh, Cara and Luca, relatives and friends. Reposing today (Thursday) in Quinn’s of Glasthule from 5pm to 7pm. Removal (tomorrow) Friday to St. Joseph's Church arriving for 10am Funeral Mass followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. No flowers please. Donations, in lieu, to The Alzheimer Society of Ireland.

Many of us who grew up in Sandycove in the 1950s and 60s will have fond memories of Mr and Mrs Gasparro and their shop o Sandycove road, one of the last oldtime stores.Happy memories of two very nice hardworking people .
