O'CONNELL (Limerick and late of Valentia Island, Co. Kerry - October 26, 2012 (peacefully at Milford Care Centre) Sr. Catherine, Little Company of Mary, Milford House Convent, Castletroy. Deeply regretted by her Little Company of Mary Community, her sisters Christina, Eileen and Noreen, brothers John and Michael, sister-in-law Rosaleen, brother-in-law Des, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces and nephews and wide circle of friends. Removal from Milford Care Centre Mortuary to Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Castletroy tomorrow (Sunday) at 5.00pm (reposing from 3pm). Funeral on Monday next after 12.00 noon Mass to Milford Convent Cemetery."Ar dheis Dé go raibh a h-anam dílis"

<p>A Wonderful servant to St Johns and Limerick..</p> <p>I will remember Sr Catherine with great fondness for her dedication to nursing education, and to all the nurses and medical staff in Limerick. She was a wonderful woman with a lovely sense of humour and great common sense. She will always be remembered with fondness and love by those who had the privilege of knowing her and working with her in St Johns Hospital Limerick. May she rest in peace.</p> <p> Paul Burke FRCSI, Surgeon St Johns Hospital. </p>
