BAIRD, (née Chandler) Helen, formerly of Glasnevin Dublin, November 12, 2024, (peacefully), in the care of the staff of Brabazon Nursing Home with her family by her side, Helen, beloved wife of the late Stanley and loving mother of Richard, Andrew, Paddy, Roz and Duncan (son of Margaret and Max, deceased), deeply loved by her brother Bruce, sister-in-law Brenda, step sister Gillian and all the extended family Audrey, Siobhan, Isobel, Gary and Emer, their children Dylan, Ella, Sean, Sarah, Jayne, Ryan, Cameron, Lloyd, Zach, Bradley, Geoffrey, Abbie and Max, relatives and friends. Predeceased by her siblings Margaret and Douglas and stepbrothers Derek, David and Geoffrey. Reposing in Staffords Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock, D13 E0A2 today (Friday), from 4.30 o'c to 7 o'c. Funeral Service tomorrow (Saturday), in The Church of St John the Baptist, Church Avenue, Drumcondra arriving at 12 noon. Burial following, will be in St Fintan’s cemetery, Sutton, Co Dublin. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Irish Cancer Society, Oxfam or MS Ireland. Helen’s family would like to thank the staff and volunteers of Brabazon Nursing Home for all their loving care and support along with all the medical staff involved with her care.
