CONVERY (née Foran) Grace Patricia, (Springfield) - October 3, 2013, (peacefully), at St. James's Hospital, beloved wife of the late Anthony (Tony), loving mother of Angela, Kieron, Catherine and Louise and loving Nana of Robert, Sarah and Louis; sadly missed by her family, sons-in-law Johnny and Garry, grandchildren, sisters Maureen, Bernie and Terri, brother Brendan, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Tallaght tomorrow (Saturday). Removal on Monday (7 October) morning to St. Mark's Church, Springfield arriving for 10 o'clock funeral Mass then to Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Irish Cancer Society.
