CONWAY Matthew (Tony) - On the occasion of his First Anniversary, Matt's wife Libby and his family wish to extend a heartfelt thank you for all the prayers and support shown to us during Matts illness and at the time of his death. We appreciate all who travelled long distances, sent cards or attended his funeral liturgies, words can not express our gratitude. A special word of thanks to the parish of Divine Word, Marley Grange for all the ongoing support and beautiful funeral liturgies. Thank you to the members of Stackstown Golf Club where Matt was a proud member. Also a sincere word of thanks to Dr. Moya Cunningham and St. Luke's Hospital where Matt was so wonderfully cared for. We miss Matt (Tony) terribly, but realise we were blessed to have him in our lives. His First Anniversary Mass will be celebrated tomorrow (Sunday), October 28, 2012 at noon in Divine Word Marley Grange Parish.
