MELVIN Peggy (Churchtown, and Carysfort Nursing Home, Dublin, died February 12, 2012) - Marie, Joan, Edward, Joe and their families would like to thank all those who attended the funeral, sent messages, Mass Cards, phone calls, flowers, and offered kind words on the loss of Peggy. We are grateful for the loving support of the extended Melvin, Hughes and Shiel families as well as the Wallace, Pigott and McKeown families. Our heartfelt thanks to Peggy's special friends and neighbours in Churchtown: Larry and Nuala, Ray, John, Gerard, Caroline and John, Dave and Maureen, Carmel, and Joan. We also thank her colleagues from Dundrum Boys NS; Fr Duggan and the Loreto sisters. For the fun, love and care provided by Breda, Edward, staff and residents of Carysfort Nursing Home in the last two years and the kindness and professionalism of staff at St Vincent's Hospital during Peggy's last month, we are deeply grateful. We thank Fr Dermot Nestor of the Good Shepherd Church for bringing the spirit of Peggy to the funeral ceremonies as well as other priests, past and present, there. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
