TORPEY, (née Ahearne) Anna (Nancy) (Blackrock Co. Dublin and formerly of Mullinahone Co.Tipperary) - January 20, 2015 peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff in Kiltipper Woods Care Centre. Predeceased by her husband Pat. Much loved and deeply missed by her children Kieran, Áine and Patrick, daughters-in-law Bernie and Aedamar, son-in-law Paul, grandchildren John, Anna, Shona, Aoife, Hugh, Ciara and Emily, relatives, friends and neighbours. Reposing this evening (Thursday) in Kiltipper Woods Care Centre from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Friday) in the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown at 10am followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery."Ar dheis Dé go raibh a

I came to Ireland nine years ago with Maggie ( Uncle John's daughter) to rediscover our roots and Auntie Nancy gave us a wonderful evening recounting tales of my mother and Maggie's father.
