SHEEDY (O'Connell Square, Mountmellick) - The family of the late Joan Sheedy wish to thank all those who sympathised with them on their recent sad loss. All who sent Mass cards, letters of sympathy and floral tributes, and attended the removal, funeral Mass and burial. Many thanks to the Ladies branch of Portarlington Golf Club and Mountmellick Bridge Club for their Guard of Honour. Special thanks to Dr Hanson and Dr Vivck, her Public Health Nurse colleagues and carers for their excellent care and friendship, and to the priests of the parish for their pastoral care and attention. Sincere acknowledgement and thanks to Joan's many friends and neighbours for their support, care and concern for her during the past year. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all. Joan's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Vincent's Hospital Church on Wednesday evening, October 26 at 7.30 o'clock
