<p>A Sense of Deep Sadness</p> <p>So sad to read of the passing of this gentle and kind soul. It was my good fortune to have know Mary some decades ago. </p> <p>She was strikingly brilliant and beautiful. She was a gifted speaker, a woman of great charm and poise, a true and practical patriot and always willing to share her bountiful talents. Ireland is a poorer place for her passing. </p> <p>Deepest sympathy to all her family.</p> <p>Pat Hayden</p> <p>Enniskerry</p>
