On the Occasion of Jackie's First Anniversary, her husband David and daughters Heidi, Tracy, Zoe and Kristal wish to express ourheartfelt gratitude to all those who supported us during her illness. Sincere thanks to Professor John Crown, Dr. Eoin Tiernan, and all the amazing staff in Day Oncology, Cedar Ward and Cara Ward and all the other staff at St. Vincent's Private Hospital. To our wonderful family, friends and neighbours, thank you for all your help and love. To all of those who called to the house, attended her funeral, sent cards and letters, and helped us in so many ways, we are deeply grateful.
