Lan’s children, Jill Murphy and Glen Hewitt, together with their families, wish to thank all who sympathised with us following the loss of our dear Mum.

To our neighbours, friends and family, both near and afar, we sincerely thank you for your kind-heartedness, support and friendship. A special word of thanks to Dr. Roe and the Community

Palliative Care Team for their compassion in caring for Mum at home. Our sincerest gratitude to Rev. Andrew Ison for conducting Mum’s beautiful funeral service and for his guidance, support and comfort. To the members and friends of Emlaghfad Parish Church for the preparation, flowers and music for Mum’s service, and to Michael Perry, Undertaker, and the gravediggers, our sincerest appreciation. Our heartfelt gratitude to friends and past staff of Gillmor’s Ltd., and to Fr. James McDonagh for organising and providing a Remembrance Mass for Mum. As it would not be possible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement of our deepest gratitude for your friendship, sympathy, good will and kindness is acceptable.
