PIGOTT, Brendan L., BDS NUI, FFD RCSI, 29th April 2019, (former Chief Dental Officer Eastern Health Board), peacefully at home in his 98th year, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Betty (née Bowe, Thurles) and much loved dad of Mary (Coleman – Castleconnell), Ann (Payne – Annamoe), Liz (Pigott-Glynn), Brendan, John, Michael (Athlone) and Eugene (Cork). Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his children, his special carer of 13 years Flor, daughters-in-law Regina, Orla, Nollag and Fran, sons-in-laws Theo and Gerry, twenty-seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren, sisters-in-law Sr Lucy Bowe FMM (Durban RSA), Carrie Bowe and Joan Pigott, his extended family, relatives and friends. Reposing at his home tomorrow (Wednesday) evening from 4pm—8pm. Arriving at Church of St. Thérèse, Mount Merrion at 11.20am for Requiem Mass at 11.30am on Thursday 2nd May. Interment afterwards at Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Blackrock Hospice. I líonta Dé go gcastar sinn.
