GANNON, (Ballincar, Co. Sligo, formerly Frenchpark, Co. Roscommon. (Ex Vice Principal of Summerhill College, Sligo) - April 10th, 2024, in the loving care of the staff of Summerville Nursing Home, Strandhill, Co. Sligo. Predeceased by his loving wife Bridie. Dearly loved Dad of Anne, Mary, Deirdre, Liam and Michael. Cherished Papa of Laoise, Conor, Anna and Orla. Sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law Dave and Frank, brother Gus, sister-in-law Margaret, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends. May his gentle soul rest in peace. Reposing at the Nazareth House Chapel, Church Hill, Sligo from 5pm today (Friday) with liturgy of prayer at 7pm. Funeral to arrive at Saint Columba's Church, Rosses Point, Sligo for Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon tomorrow (Saturday). Burial to follow in Rathcormac Cemetery.
