GREEN (MacUaithne) Stephen, (Raheny), November 20 2104 - On this the First Anniversary of Steve's death, Ita and family express heartfelt thanks to all those who offered us support during this sad time. Our thanks to all who called to the house, attended the removal to the church, the funeral Mass and Cemetery, who had Masses offered, and sent sympathy cards. A special word of thanks to Fr. Mick Cullen, Sr. Maire and Chris Lennon who supported Steve during his final months of illness. Our very deep gratitude to Dr. Ronan Cormican for his generous support and attention to Steve during those last months, to Noreen and the Community Palliative Care Team from St. Francis Hospice, Raheny and the staff of the Health Centre, Raheny. A special thanks to the staff of Walmer House, Raheny, including the drivers. To Bindi, Steve's carer, thank you, and finally to Beatrice (Bea), Irish Cancer Society Nurse who supported Steve and all of us as Steve made his final journey.
