MATTHEWS Jack (Clontarf) - September 18, 2012, (peacefully), at home, beloved husband of Maureen and much loved father of David, Brian and Philip; will be very sadly missed by his loving family; daughters-in-law Linda, Geraldine and Leena, grand-children, sister Una, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Rest in peace. Reposing at Stafford's Funeral Home, Maypark, Donnycarney, today (Thursday). Removal tomorrow (Friday) to St. Anthony's Church, Clontarf arriving for 10 o'c funeral Mass followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to The Irish Heart Foundation.
