ROCHE - Lorna, (Sandymount) - October 11, 2022
In loving memory of Lorna.
Her sister Anna and family wish to thank extended family and friends for their many kindnesses. A special word of thanks to her nieces and nephews. Leslie for her wonderful singing, Cecily for reading, Lorna for all her help, Justin for his poem, “Child of Prague” and Shane for responses. Thanks also to Lorna’s friend Cloda for playing “Angelus Chorus” from Maritana and to all those who attended Lorna’s Funeral Mass. Many thanks to the Medical staff who looked after Lorna and to Quinn’s of Glasthule particularly Martin Byrne for their kindness, help and understanding. We are very thankful to Fr. Kennedy who celebrated Lorna’s Mass, for his warmth, patience and goodwill. You have re-joined “The Anvil Chorus” Lorna. The late Mr. Michael F. Waldron MA, LLd, said that Miss Lorna Roche was the most industrious and intelligent “Young Girl Reader in Ballyhaunis”.
