MURRAY, Patrick (Paddy) (Harold’s Cross, Dublin) - 24 February 2022. Peacefully, following a long illness borne with courage and humour, largely by his family and friends, under the wonderful care of the staff in St James’s Hospital. Paddy will be very sadly and greatly missed by his loving wife Connie and daughter Charlotte, his sister Una and brothers Donal, Diarmuid, and John, sisters-in-law Rosa and Ann, nieces, nephews, relatives, wide circle of friends, members of Terenure Sports Club (formerly CYM), Blackrock College and media colleagues. Predeceased by his sister Aileen and brother-in-law Dave. Rest in Peace. Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, Lower Kimmage Road on Friday (February 25th) from 5 pm to 7 pm. (Parking in Mount Argus). Removal on Saturday (February 26th) to the Church of St Paul of the Cross, Mount Argus, arriving for Funeral Mass at 12.30 pm which may be viewed on the parish web camera at https://www.churchservices.tv/mountargus followed by committal in the Victorian Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations may be made in lieu to Saint Vincent de Paul.

So so sorry Connie when Terry McGeehan contacted me to tell me of the passing of Paddy. Such a sad time for you and my message is promise that you will see light with your beloved Charlotte. I remember with fondness both of you.
