Dr O'Dowd was a good friend of my Mum, Olive Bradley. They worked together at Southport Infirmary. Mum spoke often of Dr. O'Dowd. RIP

Remembered with Love and Respect
Dr Martin O'Dowd was my GP in Southport, UK during 1963-4 when I was aged 11. He was an excellent Doctor who used his care and skill to successfully treat my long-standing illness. I will always be grateful for the care he gave me and will never forget his friendly, smiling, warm manner and genuine concern for me both as a patient and a child. It was a privilege to have known him. May he, his Wife Dymphna and their unborn child continue to rest in peace.
