SOMERS, Olive (late of Charleville Avenue, Dublin 3.) – December 3, 2019 (peacefully) at St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown. Predeceased by her loving mother Sarah, her father John and sister Patricia. Sadly missed by her partner Frank, sister Yvonne, nieces, nephews, extended family, colleagues at IGAS and many friends. May she Rest in Peace. Reposing at home tomorrow (Thursday) evening from 5 o’c to 8 o’c. Removal to the Church of the Visitation of the B.V.M., Fairview Strand, on Friday morning for Requiem Mass at 11.30 o’c, followed by Funeral to Glasnevin Crematorium at 1.30 o’c. Family flowers only, please. Donations, in lieu, if you wish, to St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown.

5 years went by so quick and I will always cherish the wonderful, close friendship I've had with her. Olive was one-of-a-kind, a genuine, loving person and a real inspiration to me as well.

Sadly missed Dear Olive. Its almost one year since you departed from this life. Thank you for all the goodness you brought us all. I always had such huge admiration for you. You were a fantastic friend always. RIP. Love Christina.x
