CAWLEY - Noel (Eadestown, Naas, Co. Kildare and formerly of Gurteen, Co. Sligo) (Died June 29, 2023) - On this his first anniversary Noel’s wife Anita, daughters Lisa and Claire, brother John and his wider family wish to thank most sincerely all our friends, neighbours and Noel’s colleagues who sympathised with us on our sad loss. We wish to thank Prof. John McCaffrey, his Oncology Team and the nurses of The Mater Private Hospital who cared for Noel with such compassion and kindness over the course of his illness. We would also like to thank Fr. Michael Comer who celebrated Noel’s Funeral Mass and Burial and for his consoling words. Thanks also to the Naas Church Choir and Singer Margaret Gilleece who all performed so beautifully. Special thank you to George Mullins Funeral Directors who took care of Noel’s Removal and Burial in a most dignified and sympathetic way. Their help and care was invaluable. We gratefully thank all of you who attended his Reposing, Funeral Mass and Burial (in many cases traveling long distances), sent Mass Cards, kind letters and messages or who in any way sympathised with us at this very sad time. Because it would be impossible to thank each of you individually (due to lack of contact details) we trust that this acknowledgment will be accepted by you as a token of our sincere gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
