BLACKMORE, Rachel Joan (née Matthews) (formerly of North Esk and Roches Point, Co. Cork, Sligo Grammar School, Wesley College, Dublin and Wicklow) – August 17, 2019, peacefully, following a short illness, in St. Vincent’s Hospital, Dublin, in the presence of her family and friends, beloved wife of Kenneth, devoted mother to her boys Graeme, Malcolm, Robert, Neil and Kenny and her daughters-in-law Christine, Sheila, Marie-Helene, Amanda and Julie, proud grandmother of Tristan, Odessa, Rowland, Nessa, Erin, Tom, Charlie and Louis, adored by her brother Robin; sadly missed by us all, the extended family and a wide circle of friends. Funeral Service on Friday, August 23, at 12.00 noon in Aghada Presbyterian Church, Upper Aghada, Co. Cork. A Memorial Service will take place on Monday, August 26 at 11.00am in Taney Parish Church, Taney Road, Dundrum, Dublin 14. Family flowers only, please.
