FITZGERALD, (Carlow and Baltimore) - June 22, 2019, peacefully, at home, Liam, Hanover Road, Carlow and Church Strand, Baltimore. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Marian and adored father of Brian, Orla and Conor. Sadly missed by his heartbroken wife, sons, daughter, sister Martina, Orla’s husband Conor, Brian’s fiancée Anna, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends R.I.P. Reception into the Sacred Heart Church, Rath, Baltimore today (Monday) at 6pm approx. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Tuesday) at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Tullagh Cemetery, Balitmore. Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Carlow/Kilkenny Home Care Team.

Liam's wife Marian, his children Brian, Orla and Conor, his sister Martina and the extended family wish to express their gratitude and appreciation for the sympathy and support they received at the time of Liam's death. We would like to thank all those who attended the funeral home, the Requiem Mass and burial and Fr. Chris O'Donovan who officiated at the Mass and burial. Our special thanks to family and friends who travelled long distances to be with us and to those who sent cards, letters and messages of sympathy. Please accept this acknowledgment as a token of appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intention.
