BEATTY, – John R. (Blackrock, formerly of Carrickmines), December 8, 2023, (peacefully), in the wonderful care of the staff at the Ashbury Nursing Home, Kil’ o the Grange; much loved husband of Shirley and father of Belinda, Richard, Antonia and Julian, cherished grandfather of James, Sarah, Charlie, Holly, Grace and Pippa. Loved and remembered by his family, brothers Eric and Adrian, sister Helen, sons-in-law Brian and Barry, daughters-in-law Patricia and Dorothy, the extended family and a wide circle of friends. Pre-deceased by his brother Wallace and sister Ruth. May he rest in peace. Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum (D14 F3Y2) on Tuesday (December 12) from 5pm to 7pm – you are welcome to join us. Funeral Mass on Wednesday (December 13) at 10 am in Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock, afterwards to Glencullen Cemetery. Family flowers only, please.
