CALLANAN, Richard (London and formerly of Dublin) - May 13, 2015, in The Royal London Hospital following an accident at his home. He will be sorely missed by his wife, Sally, and children Sam, Meg and Joe and by his brother Fionnbar and sister Mona (Stanton) and by his nephews, nieces, cousins and many friends in the worlds of theatre and television both in Ireland and England. Recently pre-deceased by his brother Niall, Richard was a founder member of Dublin's Focus Theatre and one of the original directors of drama in the Open University English Department. A Mass to celebrate his life will be held in Dublin at a later date.
