FAHY, (née) Golden (Mount Ruby, Mallow, Co. Cork): On September 3rd 2024, peacefully in her 101st year, in the exceptional care of the nurses and staff of Fairy Hill, Nursing Home, Mallow, Esther (Esty), beloved wife of the late William and dear mother of Mary (Smyth). Deeply regretted by her loving daughter Mary, son-in-law Pat Smyth, grandchildren Lillian (Neylon), Louise (Roche), Liam, Karen, Suzanne (Hennebery) and Juliet, great-grandchildren Max, Isla, Alice, Joshua, Myles, Sarah and Caelan, extended family Kevin Neylon, Kevin Roche and Micheál Hennebery, relatives, neighbours and friends. May She Rest In Peace. Lying in repose at O'Connell's Funeral Home, St. James' Avenue, Mallow (P51 HH61) on Thursday (September 5th) from 6pm with Prayers at 7pm. Reception into the Church of the Resurrection, Mallow on Friday (September 6th) for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to St. Gobnait's Cemetery, Mallow, Co. Cork.
