HERON, Lorcan (Churchtown, Dublin) March 7, 2019 in his 97th year (peacefully) at home in Ardtona, surrounded by his heartbroken family. Much loved and sadly missed by his brother Ultan, his nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces, great-grandnephews, his extended family and many friends. Predeceased by his brother Rory, his sisters Máirín (O’Toole), Judy (Rogerson), Peigí (Jordan), Ann (MacDonagh) and Eleanor (Curran) and his best friend and partner Robert O’Doherty. Lorcan will be at home today (Monday) between 5.00 pm and 7.00 pm. A Celebration of his life will be held in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross tomorrow (Tuesday) afternoon at 2.00 pm followed by burial in the adjoining Cemetery.
