WALSH Paddy, (Clontarf, Dublin. Formerly of The Irish Times) (First Anniversary, April 20, 2020). Paddy's wife, Máire and daughters Aífe and Niamh, would like to express their appreciation to all those who supported and comforted them during Paddy's short illness and over the past difficult year. To our families, friends, colleagues and neighbours who have been there for us with practical and emotional assistance, to all who attended the funeral home and Paddy's funeral Mass, to all who sent Mass cards and beautiful messages, made phone calls and visits and to those who made charitable donations in Paddy's memory, we thank you most sincerely. We want to thank all who cared for Paddy in Beaumont and The Mater Hospitals and in particular to thank the wonderful staff at St. Francis Hospice, Raheny who cared so lovingly for Paddy in his final days. It is not possible to thank everyone individually but we want you all to know that your kindness means so much to us. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation, míle buíochas. Paddy loved life and loved people, he is greatly missed and will always be remembered by all who loved him. Ní bheidh a leithéid ann arís
